We are a not for profit, statutory organisation, responsible for the administration of the Construction Industry Long Service Leave Act 1987 (the Act). The Act is a bi-partisan initiative that was put in place by the South Australian Government, which since then has provided a stable, fair and effective way of administering long service leave entitlements to the South Australian construction industry.
